I would prefer the segments be longer to give time to repeat the actions 2-3 times.

I have been looking for few warmup stretches found this perfect one . I did my stretches along with this video. But just one little issue, the background music gets too loud. I can lower volume but then won't be able to hear your instructions well. Everything else was great.Thank you for this video.
