Loved it. Please do more slow Hatha Yoga classes like this. I love the slow pace, and the perfect amount of instruction. Too many teachers find it necessary to talk and instruct through every second, especially the final pose.

Hatha is the best so far. Good for my multiple old injuries from a motorbike accident. Stretching me right out. Was in pain today and found this on youtube, so much better after this class

Im 78, have let go of yoga, doing pilates and qigong, and it is so good to get back to some yoga wiith this class!

I like Hatha yoga and the way you teach yoga (speaking) is very delicate and soothing. Thanks that you speak soothing otherwise, people don't usually speak slowly in their videos.
For what I watched it, it worked out.

Hi. I like Hatha Yoga. It is a very helpful practice. I am also learning Hatha Yoga from the videos. After I learn Hatha Yoga, I am going to learn other types of yoga like Vinyasa yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and other types of yoga practices. I am a beginner at yoga. I am starting off with Hatha Yoga before going to other types of yoga practices.

I have been doing this video and some other yoga routines with Christina for about 6 months now and I love them. Her pace is just right and she doesn't fill the air time with words. She instructs you on how to do the position and just lets you breathe with it in silence. I love that! I am a beginner and she has really helped me fall in love with yoga. I also purchased her book Essential Chakra Yoga and I understand the impact of the poses on your chakras. I highly recommend her book. I choose a few from her book to balance my chakras and I feel great. Thank you Christina for bringing yoga into my life. I am 61 years old and I plan to do yoga for the rest of my life!

CONGRATULATIONS on 1 Million views on our favorite video! HATHA yoga for beginners: 20 minute gentle Hatha yoga!
After the quarantine started and I could no longer go to the yoga studio, (I was doing 8-10 classes of various yoga types a week) My husband suggested that we find a video and I could help him learn yoga! I was thrilled! We walk every day, but he needed more! (we are in our early 70's) I'm not a yoga teacher, but have been practicing yoga for 10 plus years, so I felt I could guide HIM along, with your help. We settled on this one video. I added 25 more minutes in front with a standing sun salutation and a couple of places in the middle. We did 500 days without missing one day (We were in quarantine, after all!) We still practice every day, unless we are traveling. We have even taken our mats with us on car trips and try to do it in our hotel room. My husband now understands the physical and mental benefits of the practice. Thank you for your work and again, CONGRATULATIONS!

I've always had asthma ever since i was a child and was reading an article that hatha yoga could help my asthma. tried this video as soon as i've found it and its really help me a lot! i was having asthma attack before i started and it's gotten better while i'll do this . Thank you so much it's really a wonder for my health! will try to make this as my routine workout so my asthma could get better day by day! :)

This hatha yoga class was perfect for me. I am doing a daily practice and find the slow pace, the poses chosen, and the length of the practice exactly what I needed right now. If there are longer classes (say 30-45 minutes in this style and comfort level), I would most likely look to them as well when I have more time in the morning. Thank you for sharing.
