Great flow and mix of strengthening poses, thank so much. I even did my head stand but always with the wall as my comfort blanket. One day I'll do it in the middle of the mat. Thanks Tim. 😊🙏

Loved it! I am so thankful! I didn't start my day doing this but I was able to squeeze it in. Your style is so soothing. I also liked the duration of the of the practice. Enjoyable for someone who sometimes is limited by aches and pains. Namasté!🙏🏻

I was off the grid for a while skiing and snoeshowing, in the Alps, hopefully I benefitted from your guidance for the energy and deep stretching sessions 😇. Now I keep watching your videos, tried the detox challenge !! The breathing exercise was literally a great way to relaxen every muscle….. I advise you to include this breathing exercise after every session….. THANKS AGAIN

After several days of power vinyasa flows the Hatha was a great grounding yoga flow. Thanks for providing different practices to learn yoga to improve my body holistically 🙏

Tim, I don't know if you read comments posted several days after the video is up but in case you do, here's y feedback. I'm dealing with some injuries so these slower practices are not only helpful but encouraging. I like the way you have us hold the poses a little longer and take careful transitions from pose to pose. Taking a moment to check our alignment also is great. If you do more of these, please do! you might add a few abs in there for good measure. Thank you again.

My first time practicing with you - this video popped up on my YouTube home page so I did it on a whim before my regular workout. I love the alignment cues and what looks like a vineyard outside - beautiful! 🙏🏼

I really enjoyed this! It was just the right pace and I felt more focused. I definitely preferred this to the traditional vinyasa flow. I'd love it if you did more!

Excellent practice for the morning, and I love the ending pranayama. Seas are calm at anchor this morning, so I was even able to balance in vrikshasana. Very nice. Thanks, Tim!
