Discover Hatha yoga! Today's 30 minute full class is ideal for beginners and those of you looking for a more mindful practice. We'll strengthen and stretch the body, holding each pose for several breaths. Hatha yoga tends to be gentler and slower-paced than a Vinyasa or Power style class (the type of yoga which we'll explore tomorrow). If you’re new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or are looking to de-stress by moving slowly and mindfully, this style of yoga may be the perfect fit for you. Optional Props: Two Yoga Blocks.

I've just turned 68 and really felt the need to return to yoga. I last did it seriously in my 20s. Your video is so easy to follow and I wasn't feeling pressured to do postures I found difficult to achieve. I think this will become a regular part of my life. I feel energized. Thank you.

I so missed Hatha Yoga! Every studio I went to only did a power yoga which I suppose can be great exercise but THIS - is what real yoga is about to me and something I feel my body has craved in order to be more open, mindful, free, and loving. I feel like I came home to myself after all these years. Thank you!

This video brought me back to my first yoga instructor. Every other teacher kept rushing me through sun salutes until I eventually lost most interest in yoga. Now I know the name of what I had been missing, Hatha! Thank you so much, Brett, for leading me back to something wonderful.

Hatha Yoga is the Yoga for me! I haven't done yoga seriously for over 10 years and have been feeling a need and desire to return to it. I do walk a lot, I don't drive or own a vehicle and walk everywhere plus go for long walks for movement. I live an active lifestyle and consider myself to be in pretty good shape. I was surprised how difficult the poses are after a too long of a time away from them. I have tried several videos. This is the one I am sticking with. Thank you!. Peace, Love, & Light.

This is the video I chose to reconnect with my self through Yoga.
After 4 months of loosing my Mom to COVID-19, after 2 months of quitting my job as a Physician, and 1 month after moving across the Continent... I moved to Argentina, but aside from finding dear friends who I am grateful for, I found EXTREME Government restrictions with the excuse of pandemics, and I've lived 2 dark water floods in the apartment I moved into... not until Today I had the floors completely clean, and not until today I was able to buy a Yoga mat (or anything I coudl throw my self over the floor), no getting a bike, no parks, no yoga mat... no healthy food markets open... all this because of government restrictions due to Basically no exercise or yoga to get me through the worse month of my life... just meditation...
So, I came to this video, coz I almost didn't know how to start over-.... AND NOW I AM SSOOOO SOO HAPPY, SO GLAD I DID. This IS THE YOGA CLASS I WAS CRAVING FOR. My Body needed it so much. I´m so gratefull to be able to be on the floor again, I'll never be able to THANK YOU enough BRETT LARKIN. NAMASTE.

I loved it! I am 55 and was diagnosed with lumbar osteoporosis last year. Since then, I started doing strength training twice a week, and walk 5 of the 7 days for 45 min each day. However, I have been looking for the right yoga class to complement my exercise routines. Your class was easy to follow and I felt safe. I am so happy that I found you. Thank you!

I think this was the best Yoga video i have ever seen. Im 67 now. I first learned Hatha Yoga in the 70's. I have tried other types but this always works best. I am recovering from an illness (not serious, just long! lol) that kept me in bed most of this past winter/spring. Im starting to feel good again and its always nice when I can add yoga back into my life. It will aid in my complete recovery and getting my strength and energy back! thanks for a great video! (my cat had fun watching me!)

First time mom here, baby is 9 mo old. I have been wanting to do more than just go for a walk. Thank you SO SO much for the shortened version of Hatha. It is perfect for me to get in during her naps!

Good morning, I have really enjoyed sampling quite a few of your videos and love the Hatha Yoga Flow 30 minute. I am in the UK and this is during Covid-19 lock down. I'm 70 but fairly fit as I used to teach aerobics (many years ago) and I'm a gym and attend both Pilates and Body Balance classes - but everything here is closed now.


I absolutely love your attention to every detail Brett and your relaxing and lyrical instruction . Thank you for keeping me company, helping with my mindfulness and keeping my body strong during these difficult times. I will most definitely keep watching and following long after lock down. Namaste

I LOVED this class, this is how I learned to practice hatha yoga, no funny business just straight PRACTICE! It felt like home and I havent been this zen'd out during/after at home practice in a while. thank you kindly for the vid, much love <3
