I had NO idea that this kind of yoga would give me stable high energy all day and increase my mood/sense of well being sm! No one told me that yoga could do this. I do this daily for almost 2 weeks now and no more neck and shoulder pain, energy is amazing (no more feeling lazy). This has for me been a complete life changing game changer 🎉❤🙏🙏✌️

I was able to follow her with all of the asanas. I felt that my body was finally free and compliant. This is a good compliment to reading Bhagavad Gita, reciting mantras, practicing meditation, and exercising the spiritual yogas: jnana yoga, bhakti yoga, and karma yoga.

love the simplicity. I used to love practising vinyasa flow but these days I really appreciate and enjoy not flowing in that way and staying in each asana in a static way. Thank you xx

I’ve been doing yoga since higschool, now I’m approaching 30 and this Hatha Yoga routine should be done by everyone of every level. I love Hatha yoga because it is so reliable and essential for women especially but this video really takes the cake for best Hatha Yoga routines. Thank you! ❤

Just started yoga after my chiropractor recommended I take yoga and Pilates for my back, I have a curve and a slight twist in my spine, I have a great instructor on Wednesdays and we do Yin Yoga, nice and slow which is perfect for me and I feel amazing after class, these exercises look like a great addition to add to my routine thanks! There’s certain things which I can’t do very well like child’s pose, pulling my knees in to my chest or even just sitting up with my legs crossed is hard to do, hoping to improve in the next few months.

Doing this everyday, perfect intensity, great stretches. My favourite yoga video now <3 small feedback point, I never managed to concentrate on my breath while following this video, could you maybe make the same video with more breathing instructions?

I don't how but this yoga helped me connect myself to my inner child . It was such a beautiful session nd monsoon weather in India nd all the dancing trees around me added up to this . I'm so so so grateful for this day nd this moment ❤
