Sculpt your arms and upper body with this 10 minute strength building workout!
All exercises are in a standing position, are also shoulder friendly and osteoporosis friendly. There are no moves that go above your head and there is no rounding or twisting of spine.

I want to send a big hug and thank you for these outstanding workouts! I am a 34 year old woman with chronic illness and I have been following your channel for a couple of years now. I am watching a 10 or 20 minute video every day that I possibly can, and it has really made a difference! I love this series of 10 minute workouts, especially the upper body workout with weights. The moves are creative and I like that the weights workout never has you put your weights down to do other moves. It’s so much fun to visit your channel to see what new workouts you’ve created. You are the best!

Just finished, another wonderful set of exercises! Thank you so much for the reminders to tuck our pelvis, keep breathing, drop our shoulders, pull in our tummy, etc. Every time you give a reminder, I have stopped doing it! I’m getting better, but not there yet! Your reminders are so valuable to me! Thank you again for all your effort to get this out to us seniors! We appreciate all your work!!!
