this is about what my upper body days look like except ill do shrugs and tricepts instead of rear dealts or any core work. i admit my workout routine has holes in it, i dont do back. its what i can manage in the gym. i put on a bit of muscle while losing 20 pounds. down 70 total pounnds in a little under 2 years

I only do this workout routine now. And it gave me the best body results. (Been training natural for 14 years). Note: I just added 1 extra tricep move. Been repeating it for 3 years here since the only gym around has no machines at all. It does wonders dont know why

Been lifting for 3 1/2 years now. 38 years old (almost 39). After trying every kind of split I've realized the best way to optimize strength and muscle building is a full body split 3-5 days a week. Wish I would have done this from the beginning

If you’re short on time then calisthenics is the way to go. But it does depend on your goals

Not sure side lateral should go all the way to your shoulder, coz it will hit traps not deltoid. What do you think?

What does 2 sets to failure mean ? Does it mean you do lets say 33 until you cant anymore and a few minutes later you do way less until you cant do it anymore ?

I'm doing flat bench press, dips, biceps curls, lat pulldown medium wide grip and seated cable rows close grip. Is this a solid upper body workout?? Or should I switch something?

Does grip make any difference on the dumbbell rear delt swings? Gripping it semi-pronated like you vs holding the dumbbell pronated? It seems that'd only affect forearms vs biceps but want to make sure I'm not overlooking anything.
