I have done atleast 50 such workouts from different channels, but this one right here is my favourite from now on. The moves were Innovative, n fun and the best part was that my mind was as involved as my body was. The steps required a lot of concentration in order to coordinate hands and legs movement. I swear this channel is a hidden gem which will soon be discovered by millions.
