We usually forget the close connection between body mind & spirit. These exercises unite them. When I feel low even one movement lifts my mood as well as benefiting my body. You can do them at any age - I'm 83 & sit on a chair when my legs get tired. Thankyou & many blessings.

ive been doing your routines everyday for the past 2 weeks and i dont see myself taking a day off anytime soon.
Im 30 and honestly and was really out of shape, now im getting to be more flexable then i ever was, even as a kid. amazing.
