Learning each practice... hands together ...Yin Yang...never thought it like that... only breathing now from nose...PDCO dryes mouth... much harder..but now ihave mouth wet...lol....TY Brother

Thank you, Master! I'm 26 years old and only discovered qigong recently, and these practices as well as meditations has been such a relief for me, I can feel the energy coming through the body and relaxing the mind at the same time.
