When you say "That's wonderful" it actually make me feel wonderful. This is a miraculous routine that is helping with my cardio, my balance, my breath, relaxation. I haven't been doing long enough to see if weight loss but I'm pretty certain it will. Thank you for your sensible teachings that I can perform. 🙏
