This dynamic duo challenges you to get an amazing cardio workout without high-impact movements by increasing tempo and focusing on form. In this routine, you'll start with a dynamic warmup and build your way up to toe taps, squats, ball slams, ice skaters, mountain climbers, and so much more. You’ll be pouring sweat by the end, but you'll feel accomplished and finish this routine with an iconic LIT Method "hero round!" Get your water bottle and towel ready — you'll need them.

DRIPPING!! You will not be taking it easy in their low impact workouts thats.for.sure. and I love it!! They push me everytime. If I'm feeling I need a challenge I come to these two bundles of energy. Thanks Justin and Taylor!!

Great low impact moves that are challenging cardio and strength wise but are simple and not confusing to learn. Appreciate the motto of building not breaking bodies. Personally I feel like I could use less of the motivational stuff from Justin (don't need to hear him tell me that I'm beautiful). Would also love to see Taylor leading the workout some time. Overall great workout. Thanks!

I thought after the warm up I was done for as I was already sweating, yet you all kept me going. I probably sweated just as much with you all then some of the high impact routines. Love it, thank you!

I was in pretty good shape a year ago, using these videos as part of my regimen. These guys are fun!
A couple months after becoming pregnant though, I had stopped exercising and I gained more weight than I wanted to. This being my third pregnancy, the extra fat was not kind to me and I have quite a belly now.
3 & 1/2 months postpartum and I'm finally motivated to start exercising again. And here I am, a year later, to get strong with my favorite duo again!
These two are entertaining and yet this sweat says it's all serious business.

Thanks you for everything you say to encourage us people to do it. You guys are the only workout videos I put sound on because I truly need it. I try to gain my muscles back after pregnancies and huge health problems and I just feel like shit. Hearing you saying that I'm not is precious.
