I’m overweight and out of shape and somehow I just finished this whole workout. I love that you are not trying to prove something and just being yourselves. Even you got out of breath and took little breaks. This made me feel that I actually fit in and could do it.

I’m a teenager and I’m getting out of shape really quickly because of loss of motivation from school but I did about half of it without getting too overly tired and this really helped!

I will now start doing this every night!! I love how body positive I feel after this! I want to feel this positive every day !! I'm fourteen, and almost 200 pounds, and after starting this last week, I've lost 2 pounds, and that's a good thing to me. I praise

I've always been embarrassed by workout videos, I'm very shy and even being in the room by myself doing dances is usually very hard for me. I can't believe how much I had fun dancing smiling and laughing while doing this workout. This has been such a game-changer thank you so much fitness Marshall for posting your content and just being you and your backup dancers make you so much. I can't wait to dance out to the next episode

Warning, there are some side effects that aren´t mentioned anywhere - I did this routine for the last three days and I turned SASSY! Everytime I see a reflective surfice I wiggle and shake a bit and I can´t get those songs and moves out of my head. Thanks guys! 😅

I DID IT! I FINISHED THE WHOLE THING! Was I completely uncoordinated? Yes. Did I make up my own moves when a move was a bit too complicated to get the hang of immediately? Yes. DOES THAT MEAN I DIDNT DO IT?! HELL NO! I’m so damn proud of myself I’ve never been able to finish a 30 minute workout without at least 5 10 minute breaks but the encouragement, energy, and fun commentary kept me going and I only needed like 3 breaks and each where like 5 minutes long. Thank you so much for doing what you do! <3

14 years of dance classes under my belt and I'm still blown away at how high energy this is! Absolutely drenched in sweat lol- kudos to you lot!!!

I have been plus sized for 10 years. After I went to the doctor earlier this week I had enough of it. I plan to loose 75-100lbs in the next year. I'm so glad I was able to find this channel. This is a workout I'm actually having a lot of fun with and can definitely do every day. I hope everyone reading this can also achieve their goals 🎉

I was having a hard time trying to get out of a panic attack, decided to move to release nervous energy, clicked on this, danced, and it put a smile on my face and took all my anxiety away! :D

I know I'm late to the party but I want to show appreciation.
I can't dance at all, but looking for something fun to try and get a work out while recovering from a very heavy episode of depression, I found this. I confess I laughed more than what I was able to catch the steps, but I haven't laughed this much in a time and I'm so greatful for it. Made me feel happy and like I was among friends here. THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your good vibes.

I lost 50 lbs last year but slowly lost enthusiasm.
I subscribed recently b/c I saw a funny clip but this is the first video I've watched. Can happily say even though I wanted to stop somewhere after Niki, I finished the whole thing and have a renewed excitement to get healthy again!

I DID IT!! Did I do all the moves? no. Did I take water breaks and general breathing breaks? absolutely. my dyspraxia made my leg coordination horrendous so I was left swaying hips a lot of the complex or turning moves but I DID IT!! Not only did this show that I am capable of doing workouts, but the frequent small complaints from you were a godsend to make the same reactions I was feeling (ouch that side cramp) feel normal and not something to be ashamed over. This sweat session has also proved to my depressed mind that I am worthy of showering. I honestly can't begin to describe how wonderful all three of you are and this entire team. Thank you all so much <3

Couple days ago i started this workout (also started healthy diet). I am planing to share my weight everyday. btw i looovee your energy guys <3
Day 1: 87.9 kg [193, 8lbs]
Day 2: 86.6 kg [190, 9lbs]
Day 3: 85.9 kg [189, 4lbs]
Day 4: 85.5 kg [188, 5lbs]
Day 5: 85.1 kg [187, 6lbs]
*update: so my weight is pretty ok for me now cause my height is 190cm. But i decided to lose little more weight to have a flat stomach. So i found out that i need to lose 12 more kilograms -which is crazy- but it’s gonna worth it. I think i’m gonna lose at least 8 kilograms in March. LET THE CHALLENGE BEGIN!!
