Get ready for an epic cardio workout with tons of variety! No equipment needed so let's rock it!
SUBSCRIBE to the channel and share this workout when you're done!


In this workout you will be working for 45 seconds and complete two rounds for every exercise. Be ready to transition from 1 exercise to the next as we have 15 exercises to rock through twice. In the second round you can choose to move through the 15 second rest and work for 60 seconds and then move right into the next exercise. Have some fun with this one!

The Exercises:
1. Jacks
2. Lateral Slides
3. Inchworms
4. Plank toe taps
5. Bridge and sit up
6. Bear crawls
7. Standing straight leg toe touches
8. Reverse lunge and twist
9. Side kick right
10. Lateral Lunge tap down
11. Side kick left
12. Jog in place
13. Butt kicks
14. Lunges
15. Lateral agility

Crushed it this morning along with my 10 yr old. He kept saying, "Sydney what are you doing to me?!" 🤣 I'm grateful to be able to workout from home with/in front of my children and set a healthy example of fitness. ❤️🏋️‍♀️💪

Love the low impact variations here. Recurring tendinitis in the feet has me going for low impact more often than not.

Loved the reverse order for the second round, the psychology around going back up to the start somehow is way more energizing than doing it from top to bottom again. 🎉❤

Idk how Sydney does it, but I find I actually enjoy doing cardio workouts now - my previous nemesis 😆 As a perfectionist trying to break out of that mindset, Ioving today's reminder of "failure's forward" and learning to enjoy the process of growing with all its ebs and flows. Every day, every workout its own form of progress as we are offered the opportunity to learn. So easy to get caught up in our expectations we forget to applaud the effort of simply showing up for ourselves and how far we have already come.

Best things I've done for myself to stay on track is, every night before bed I put pre-workout in a cup and put it on my bathroom counter, right next to my workout clothes. That way when I get up I can immediately get that pre-workout going while I get ready to workout. For me it's foolproof! Thanks for another great workout 💪🏻

I found this workout today, on a day when I didn’t feel like over exerting myself but I just wanted to move. What a perfect one to find! I definitely got my sweat on, but I didn’t have to keep stopping to catch my breath. Definitely saving this one for later.

I love cardio but sometimes a straight cardio workout can be tedious… I love how Sydney switches it up to keep us guessing and engaged. Happy Friday!
