Get ready for an epic cardio workout with tons of variety! No equipment needed so let's rock it!

In this workout you will be working for 45 seconds and complete two rounds for every exercise. Be ready to transition from 1 exercise to the next as we have 15 exercises to rock through twice. In the second round you can choose to move through the 15 second rest and work for 60 seconds and then move right into the next exercise. Have some fun with this one!

1. Jacks
2. Lateral Slides
3. Inchworms
4. Plank toe taps
5. Bridge and sit up
6. Bear crawls
7. Standing straight leg toe touches
8. Reverse lunge and twist
9. Side kick right
10. Lateral Lunge tap down
11. Side kick left
12. Jog in place
13. Butt kicks
14. Lunges
15. Lateral agility
