I loved this video and was updating my stretching routine for this year for my grade 6 students. Showed them this video in class this morning as they eventually lead stretches for the class. One young lady asked for me to put the video in our google classroom so she could practice at home. :) Great video. I had kids out of their desks trying them and following your lead. Awesome stuff!
