If it is a physical therapist to help with back .its worth the cost. I have two slipped discs and the pt helped .I can break it into portions and get 5 miles walked on days I walk. Checking with Dr prior to a workout that's new to you is wise.

Do you have some suggestions for strengthening the lumbar area. I had a work place injury in 2017 and would love to target the lower back, lumbar and love handle area. That is where I ache.
