This woman and her exercise workout is a jewel. Back pain is as chronic (and far more painful) than the common cold. It gets everyone at some point in time. Thank you for this great video.

This past year my back was in pain pretty much every day. I started doing this almost every day and it’s helped tremendously! I’ll go days without my back hurting now. Would love a short video for the hip flexors!

Best back exercise ever. It’s short and quick and I’ve been pain free as long as I continue to do the exercises. She really hits on all the areas to support, strengthen and stretch the lower back. There exercises have been a God send for me. Thank you so much for sharing this video with us all.

I get very ill and had to stop running and stretching for about two weeks recently. Started to get back pain for the first time and 15+ years because I felt my back muscles were turning to Jell-O. Wanted to strengthen my back muscles again because I knew that was the problem. Your video got me completely back on track. Did it religiously every day twice a day in the beginning. It’s a very short but effective way to get your back into shape. Thank you very much for helping me get back in my groove!
