Stronger hips for healthier joints ✅

Research has shown the power of having strong hips for knee arthritis and hip arthritis relief 🙌🏼

But stronger hips are also important to help your body move optimally while preventing pain and injury ✅

Here are three moves that can be helpful to start building stronger glutes- the large muscles that help move the hip.

If your hips are supported, it helps your back, knees, and ankles since everything is connected ☝🏽

As far as repetitions got each movement, this will depend on how difficult they are for you. Don’t add a resistance band/weights until you can comfortably do each movement without resistance first 🙌🏼

Starting with 5-10 repetitions of each can be a good place to begin for most 👀

Then, you can increase from there as able 💪🏽

I just found your channel. I’m in my early 30s but am overweight and out of shape. I’ve been trying some of these exercises (with changes to my diet) and I’ve found these have helped me move more and get stronger. I know these are designed for older folks, but thank you for making an impact ❤
