If I could only choose 5 exercises to build an aesthetic physique these are what I would do. First on the list is a squat. It doesn't matter if it's a barbell squat, leg press, or hack squat but you have to be hitting legs to build a powerful looking physique. Next to get the wings I would do the pull up, if you can't do pull ups then a lat pulldown works as well. Building out your back is essential to get that v-taper look. Then I would recommend the incline bench press to build the chest, triceps, and shoulders. Spam lateral raises to get those death star looking delts and finally I would incoorporate a weighted dip to build out my arms and target the lower chest.

These are literally all you need, but on an aesthetically advanced level, youll need more workouts targeting specific smaller muscles

it’s hard to choose only 5, but if i were to choose only 3 equipment items it would be a pull up bar, a bench and a pair of dumbbells
