Bhaiya maine kuch 4-5 mahine pehle kuch zyaada hi exercise karna shuru kar diya tha(mai thodi thodi shairik vyamama to bachpan se hi kar leta tha but 2 saal pele lockdown mein proper ghar pe Calesthenics shuru kiya tha
I went from not able to do even single pushup with proper form to doing 30 pushups in a go)
But jab 6 months pehle maine ek thode break ke baad exercise shuru ki to maine thode hi dino mai apni exercise ki volume badha thi
Like I started with 40ish pusups and 1.5 km run and then after only I week I started to do 100-120 pushups and 6-7 km run and 10 negative pull-ups, 180 sec dead hang, 30 rows, 30 dips, and 100-120 squats, like in a push-pull-leg routine
But I stopped running on the leg day after some time
But then after 4-5 weeks my left shoulder area started aching badly and I showed it to doctor he said to not do exercise for 6 months[But I have started doing it now]
Doctor said I have vitamin D deficiency

Can you please suggest some foods which are rich in calcium, iron etc cause I dunno why, but now even when I do a single pushup, my elbows make cracking noises and when I lift my arms laterally (keeping them straight) my region between elbow and shoulder makes weired cracking noises
Also when I stand up from chair my knees also make cracking noises
I think this happened cause I increased my reps and sets very quickly
But now U regret it😔
Pls bhaiya aap bataein ki iske kya possible reasons ho sakte h aur isko theek karne ke liye kya kya aahar lein🙏🙏
