Glad y'all brought up the local honey to build the immunity but there is also preventative neti potting to flush out inhaled pollen.

My allergies started with a horrible migraine. The thing is, I was at a sleepover. My friends would not let me sleep and played siren noises in my ears. They also tried to moisturize me, and draw on my hand. Spring and summer suck.

The honey thing doesn’t work. It’s not the pollen they need for their honey.

Fever, joint/muscle pains, throat/ear pain are signs of infection, not allergies.

I just pull a card from my deck of pandemic learned skills and wear a N-95 all day when my allergies kick up. It looks silly but works.. plus people avoid me like I have the literal plague.😅 Any further symptoms are beaten back by a benadryl at night.
