I'm very happy to see studies as the PRISE confirm the importance of specific forms of exercise (together with protein intake) as an effective tool for improving health, and in particular reducing belly fat. That was a great segment, I am a fitness instructor and I know exactly what you're saying. Although my days of rest are Thursdays and Sundays. I hope it doesn't have to be 2 days in a row. Looking forward to the nutritional segment to see if I'm doing it right.
