Join me for a 30 Minute Standing Pilates full body workout you can do anywhere. This workout will build stronger core, arm and leg muscles through fun balance challenges, static holds and exercises to really work the Leg, Hip and Core Muscles. Prepare for shaky legs during and post class! It will be based on my Pilates and Dance background and I've created this to get you up and moving! It can be used as warm up to a longer workout or standalone as daily workout or active recovery session.

I cannot thank you more Rachel ❤❤❤ I’m writing this for all the videos. I was trying to find an instructor like you for a long time who doesn’t push the person with cardio pilates and leave me panting. You also take care of the injuries and osteoporosis. I kindly request more workout with weights, band etc. For strengtening. I started doing your workouts everyday. Many many thanks; you’re a sweetheart with all your energy 🎉🌸🌟🫶

This was an absolutely fantastic session. I have been doing all types of exercise videos for a very long time and I am so thankful I found YOU!! I have been doing Rachel’s workouts for about a year now and lately I have been thinking about the muscle memory aspect of exercising. The regular performance of Rachel’s videos is starting to show in my posture! On a regular basis during the day I find that my mind becomes aware of the way I stand and I correct it so I can stand up the way Rachel teaches us!!! Thank you Rachel for your beautiful and precise explanation of every Pilates move! ❤ Rachel you are an amazing human!

That was fabulous Rachel, I often find I can't do all of the exercises, but with this video I could do them all which gave me a sense of achievement, also I felt it was very good light cardio, one I will definately go back to as I feel it would help with weight loss, thank you

I did it! Thank you Rachel! I am waiting on knee replacement and the physio said the only reason I am not incapacitated is because I do your Pilates classes daily! I have severe arthritis in one knee and moderate in the other. I am so so grateful to you

Thank you Rachel. I am 89 but still managed that video albeit a bit wobbly. Your classes are great especially the standing ones. I can’t kneel as I had a knee replacement a few years ago.
