We will focus on working your full body (legs, booty, abs, arms, and back) as well as improving your balance and flexibility. Dumbells are optional and there is no jumping so it's low impact and apartment friendly!

Wow: real burn all over, even with my lightest DBs. U come across as very friendly and down-to-earth, and r fun to work out with. I love mat Pilates when I work out at home; and these standing ones r perfect when I work out at the office. Thank u!

This is a new favorite. I have constant tightness in my hip flexors and the stretch with the ball under the pelvis was AWESOME. Also, the assistance from the ball for the back extensions made it so much more doable for me (I have trouble with extensions because of prior surgeries so this was great for me!) thank you!

This was a challenge to keep my balance, this was my 1st time doing this!! I'll keep doing it to get better balance, and oh ya, my legs are going to be talking to me later!!! Great Workout!! Thanks Mira!!

Hello Mira, my first time today to do one of your pilates exercises, and I loved it! I saved most of your standing exercises and would love more please! I'm an active senior and flexibility, balance, knee-friendly cardio, and strengthening are the core elements that I look for in the exercises that I do. Is it possible to combine all these elements into one video and maybe make more 45-min videos? I think it's important to do longer exercises now in light of the 150min recommended aerobic exercise to do per week for longevity. Mira is ok for the knees to be in front of our big toe during the exersices at 10:46???because we all know that during the right squats knees must be behind our big toe...thanks!!by the way you re a great teacher!!!!keep going!!!(:
