Short and effective. Did this after another full session and felt great. Very good for a variety of movements, so we are not always lying down on the mat 😀 thank you Hannah! 🥰💐❤️

Great video! At first I thought the coaching was too fast and too much but as I got into the video and my ear trained to the content I really appreciated the constant reminders of form. I needed every single “belly button in” and lifted torso cue! 😅

This was a great strength and flexibility workout, but way too fast paced to be considered pilates. I'm not sure if you're just nervous in front of the camera, but you were talking very fast and not taking the time for full deep inhales and exhales. On most of the exercises, you inhaled and exhaled twice in the time it took me to inhale once. Pilates is all about slowing down and taking long deep breathes. It was a bit hard to relax with your fast pace. And your counts were way off. Just some helpful tips to improve future workout video. :) Love your personality and had a lot of fun with this workout, I just wouldn't necessarily consider it to be pilates.

Your cues are way too fast and when you said 10repeat but your count is wrong! Also, focus on breathing!
