Doing a life reset because my life is a wreck! 😅 I decided to reset different aspects of my life to get them back into order. This is episode two of a LIFE RESET series where I'll be resetting my HEALTH & FITNESS life bucket ✨

We're going to talk about A LOT of things in this video because I wanted it to be as helpful as possible to everyone watching who doesn't know much about fitness yet but wants to start doing things to take better care of their health. In this video, I'll be sharing some context about my personal relationship with fitness over the years, some important fitness concepts to know, my own fitness/health reset process, and I also invited Dale Termoso from Daley Hustle to help me answer some of your beginner fitness questions.

My health reset process is composed of 6-steps: (1) Drink more water, (2) Fix sleep schedule (me: 6-7hrs/night), (3) Walk more (me: 30 mins/day), (4) Journaling to process thoughts, (5) Cardio: work on 750km run goal, and (6) strength training for strongkz 💪

With exercises. Quality over quantiy. Mas effective ang 5 quality pushups kesa sa 20 poor quality pushups. Poor quality=wasted energy and higher risk of injury. Focus on form first.

The best diet is the nutrition that works for you. Just avoid bad food choices like fast food or masyadong oily. If kaya mag lagay ng fruits and veggies.

What I personally do is 3 days heavy training with rest days in between. for the rest days kung wala din naman ako ginagawa sa bahay I do activities that I enjoy like basketball / table tennis / cardio like shadow boxing or circuit training
