My father was an elite athlete back in the day and remained active through most of his golden years. He is now 92 and he attributes his longevity to never being still.

Great message! Simplicity, Consistency of habit/behaviour is the key. The fitness industry has been dishing out too much complexity for so many years, it just confuses people into not doing anything. Well done Andy.

I really enjoyed listening to this. I am 60 and fitness is very important to me. Andy is keeping it simple and I needed to hear that. More water, sleep, meditation for relaxation to eliminate stress and anxiety.

I’m 58. I thought I was alone in my fitness (as European American/white ethnicity). I’ve seen Black and Asian men similar or looking much younger. This guy breaks the mold. Congratulations to him. I changed my lifestyle at 27 and still doing it - every day. EVERY. I don’t even think he colors his hair. Good for him!
