Having a baby and giving yourself that “I carried them for 9 months I can wait another 9 months to return to normal again” etc

Eating intuitively can be dangerous for someone who already struggles with food. For me I need portion control and my body prefers fats and protein vs carbs. I love this message of just making a life long decision and not obsessing over short term goals.

I built up a consistent skin care routine and now my skin looks great save for time of the month breakouts. I recently had that epiphany that if I adopt the same mindset for consistency to my health, eating and fitness that I will get to where I want to be and be healthy. Slowly working towards that now!

Really insightful messaging. Im 44 next month, stronger than I've ever been physically and mentally. It took me a long ass time to learn to eat and train intuitively but it really is key. If you are consistent in your training you will never be far from an aesthetic goal. Kudos to you for your wisdom at such a young age

I literally love your channel, like you don't make me feel horrible about not being perfect. If anything you make me feel better when i mess up, and really help me with recovery of my eating disorder and being better for my body and not the numbers

I truly needed this. I just started going to the gym a month ago and instantly fell in love with it. Only thing that was bothering me was my insecurities due to my postpartum belly. To see the results in another mom which whom I can relate to and the explanation of how you overcame it is just truly inspiring.
