Most people set ambitious fat loss and muscle building goals at the beginning of the year just to end up falling off track within a few weeks or months. The real question is how to be among that small percentage of those who successfully lose body fat and permanently change their lifestyle. What do those do differently with their diet, training, and overall routine that sets them apart? That's what I want to share with you in this video.
In this video I share 3 things I would do differently compared to most people if I was starting my fitness journey at 25% body fat or 35% body fat. And if you're in that situation, these 3 strategies will make sure that the effort you put into your diet to lose weight or your training to build muscle goes in the right direction. This is the content I wish I had when I first started my first journey, as it would have made a big difference.
