Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Today I completed my 14th day and lets just say, the intensity of the workout is way less now, compared to the first 10 days. After the first 10 days it was much easier to push through and complete the workout whilst feeling a lot more stronger. I think my lower belly fat is more shaped & toned. Obviously it will take more than 14 days to fully satisfy me but overall I think it's completely effective and I will keep doing Lilly's other lower abs challenges and I will see more results. But for the first 14 days, I am so much more confident with the way my stomach looks.

hiya! I'm a 13 year old who's been influenced by the internet that hourglass bodies, slim tummy's, big butts, and pretty faces is all that mattered in a woman. for about a year I've tried to fix my body due to that. I have ADHD which brings complication to a lot of things I do. I have very very low motivation and can barely get up in the mornings. I'm gonna be doing this along with going on the treadmill after the whole workout season! I know a lot of people suffer the way I do and they wanna just feel good about there self. so ima keep you updated.
