I have made several playlists of different muscle groups to work on containing all of your five minutes workouts. I have really bad adhd and it’s hard for me to watch a 10 to 30 minute work out video because I lose concentration, and eventually after trying to lose weight I wasn’t able to because I lost motivation. Your five minute videos changed that! 🫶🏼I have been working out constantly for the past week and half, I have never lasted that long… 🎉🎉 so that’s a good sign I’ll last till the end of my weight loss journey! With your five minute videos, I feel the burn unlike other 30 minute workout videos😆, not only that, but by the end of the video, I’m ready to move on to a different five minute video of yours! I’ve never even heard of those exercises where you have you knees together and feet apart, but during them I felt my core being more activated than it is with most other exercises. So thank you for introducing me to something new and cool!!

i’m going to start doing this 1-2 times a day for a month, and i’ll also be walking 4-10km 3-4 times a week. i mostly wanna get rid of lower belly fat tho. wish me luck !

Omg guys I'm so happy, I do ab workouts since months and only got upper abs from them, my lower belly always stayed there and since I do this and her other lower abs workout, I finally see results after only one week of doing it!! day2: done, I'm really sore
day 3 and 4: I had to do these together cuz I'd been busy for the past 2 days so I will also be doing two days tomorrow (one for today and one for the actual day itself)

I'm so glad I found your channel! I'm much more motivated to do a few 5 minute workouts in a row than one long 20 min workout, I don't know why...I've done only a few of your 5 min workouts and they feel super effective. Plus: I LOVE the setting, watching the waves while working out is the best thing ever 🥰
