My son was having anger. We did this meditation together. He felt some relief and we got some father som time together. We are new to this but feel strongly that we have some new coping skills here with you. Thank you so much.

I've been listening and practising these meditations for a week now and sometimes i feel that my mind just floats outside my body away from the anger, frustration and stress and when i return back all these things are gone and i feel so much better. Thank Headspace for your guidance.

If you’re having a tough time focusing, it helps to put your hand in front of your face & feel your breath as you exhale from your nose or mouth.

It also helps to lay on a yoga mat or bed & go under the blanket to create a safe space like a cocoon.

This helped me realize that I wasn't angry at a person I am interested in, I was angry at myself for how much mental space I granted the situation.

Thank you, this video helped me a lot. I’m currently dealing with lots of anger and frustration that keeps building up and I just try to let it go but it always comes back. I am very unhappy, but your videos make life a lot easier to deal with.

For a long time I’ve felt a lot of anxiety, depression an panic attacks and it’s difficult dealing with these emotions, but this meditation is helping me a lot to feel better and be present.
If anyone are feeling the same I could say that everything will be okay. You are stronger than you think ❤️

thank god for meditation like this. im currently in a journey to change my way of thinking and seeing other peoples point of view and the kind of predicaments i put them in. this obviously brings a lot of frustration and anger into my live but this helped me let it go and take a step back

100 percent of you won’t see this, but I just want to write a comment to vent. I play football and we have about 5 coaches on our team. So this happened earlier today. We were running a play where I had to make a difficult block, and I failed. The running back hit me in the arm and it hurt quite a bit. So I started loosening up my arm and people were asking me if I was okay. I said I was fine, but this one coach yelled at me basically accusing me of being a drama queen. This already made me angry but whatever. A few plays later I am taking a break on the sideline and my substitute is in. So they run a play where he gets hit pretty hard as well. So he is also loosening up his arm, and the coach that yelled at me is asking him if he is okay and how such a great play he made and how much of a team player he is. I never wanted to yell in someone’s face more than I did today, like my anger was at 100. Thanks to anyone who read this, it means a lot.

i’ve been wanting to wake up early, around 6-6:30 like i did in summer, but winter affects me and my mood so much. its almost impossible to wake up in the dark for me. i know that i shouldn’t be harsh on myself and slowly overcome this but i feel frustration is getting in the way. thank you for this video <3

My brother was screaming and kicking and crying (because he is 4) and we played this in hopes that he would stop... then an odd silence rose. We when to go check on him and he was dead asleep and relaxed, in that case we thank you for calming down my loud 4 year old brother!!! Keep up the great work!!!!😉
