"If somebody else can decide what can happen within you right now - isn't this the ultimate slavery?" Awesome words.

I like how he adds hello after things. He knows we have the attention span of squirrels.

I use to tell my children, don't get caught up in someone else's tornado. Create your own air flow.
This was wonderful!!

I have watched this many times, every time I'm hurt by someone's behaviour especially someone who has been close to me I watch this and afterwards the hurt just vanishes. Thank you Sadhguru for your wisdom. God bless you

The moment we think we are good, we're entitled to destroy the bad.
Wow, so simple yet so true.

I think the trick is self-awareness. The moment anger comes into play internally, it is not a choice, but the more self-aware a person becomes, the more of a choice they give themselves. The moment after conscious awareness of anger, a choice arises. I see myself angry, and I either choose to sit and feel the anger, or "change the channel". Tap into serenity. Gratitude, humility, acceptance, patience. These all can say "It's ok" without 'it' being 'ok'. Injustice is still injustice. But patience says "it can get better in time". Acceptance says "where we are in the process just is". Humility says "I have been unjust before, and I was allowed that moment". Gratitude says "better them than me, to be unjust. I am grateful for a different perspective".

Its hard to let go when you are treated unfairly, but I am going to slowly do that as being angry only destroys your inner peace and physiological functioning. 🙏

When someone in the audience plays his phone interrupting his thoughts, instead of getting angry, he says loudly to himself :"I like music" -> that's the attitude, turning anger to passion in an instant @1:50

In the last days people tried to make me feel shame, unhappy, mad, sad, because I was so independent and calm in situations they weren't. It was really Hard to stay stable and át some point I was so sad. But I found my strenght again in this video. His words help a lot. I think I have to watch it again :) thank you so much
