“Did you know that anger also effects your physical health?”

Me: *”Haha. Looks like I’m gonna die soon.”*

Trying to be calm when angry feels like saying “hey if you get killed just don’t die!”

Whenever anger starts to build up, my first resort is to stay quiet. This isnt the best because sometimes i end up ignoring people even when they’re speaking directly to me. But if i reply immediately, i wouldnt be able to calm myself and would sound very irritated. Staying quiet gives me some time to control myself and speak more calmly.

This is one of my biggest issue in my life. I tried my best to stay calm but deep inside, I think I’m gonna be insane. Sometimes I tend to pour it out on people that has nothing to do with the situation. Looking back, I regretted my actions a lot. It affects my relationships negatively. I can’t afford therapy at the moment. I hope I can manage my anger issues before it gets out of hand. Wishing anyone suffer the similar problems can find their ways too.

When a person says "calm down" or "chill", especially when the person you're mad at says that, bruh, thats like stabbing someone and asking them to stop bleeding.

Surprisingly enough, I actually do feel better after I break something. Not just from the catharsis, but the sheer act of being able to vent out my rage into something that doesn't matter if it gets broken or not.

Anger and addiction is very bad. Overcoming the power of addiction is no easy achievement. Every day can be a struggle against inner turmoil and outside pressures, exerting influence on you.

I could remember several years ago I suffered from severe depression and mental disorder. I was addicted to illicit pills, alcohol, and smoking until I was recommended for psilocybin mushroom treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly I'm 8 years clean now. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against anxiety and depression.
