About this Middle Splits Stretch Class
This yoga class is made to be a daily middle splits tutorial! Come back to this splits tutorial as often as you can to deepen your splits. Consistency is key so try for daily splits practice and take 1-2 days off a week.
Even a 10-15 min class like this will show you splits results and make your hips feel amazing!
This yoga for splits class is great for beginner splits stretches. During this 15 min yoga splits class, I'll guide you through how open your hips and breathe through postures to help get your splits - no matter where you're at on your middle splits journey.
Whether you're 'flexible' or 'inflexible', these deep hip middle splits stretches will open both your front chain and back chain to allow you to deepen your splits.
