5 days out of the week… Two 30 second sets.
-10 hip rotations on both sides
-Leg stretch (as shown) 10 each
-Grab a counter/chair/pillow
30 seconds>Rest 30 seconds>30 seconds

I tried to learn this years ago and was almost there. A few years later I did yoga and realised if u hold up your perineum and do deep breaths it oh so much easier. Dont know why. So know Im going to try again doing this combination.

This is how my kneecaps popped out of place- be careful when attempting any kind of splits if you’ve not trained or stretched enough.
I’d recommend doing it in front of a trainer first go because now my knees are absolute garbage

I don't care about getting my splits. I do care about being able to do physical activity without popping my hip out of place. Apparently, I need to strengthen my hips rather than stretch. Got suggestions for that?

I just woke up one day being able to do them on the middle both sides well that makes sense cause I’m a cheerleader can you do exercises for split like every practice
