Attention!
Do not do this unless you have done stretch exercises before. As thigh veins, bones and muscles are involved in the splits process, if you're not flexible it can break your bones or rip your veins causing serious harm. I tried to do this but I twisted my knees and couldn't walk properly for like a week. My advice to y'all is that try doing effective stretch exercises for like a month or so. It clearly depends on your type of body. Some people take about a month, some take less or more. So after doing stretch exercises (you can find easily if you search in YouTube) for as much time it needs and then try this to get the final result. Remember, your body fights hard every day when you exercise. Don't push it to the extent it can't reach. Be patient. And I'm sure you'll achieve it someday! Be safe everyone!

Guys I know yall are impatient and want to get your splits in a day. I hate to break it to u but that's not gonna happen unless u r naturally flexible and very limber. I was in gymnastics for 4 years and never got my front splits even I hard as I tried. I have almost zero leg flexibility because I'm not limber. Although I do have a LOT of back flexibility. I recommend doing one of the 31 day flex routine challenges

Absolutely no hate but as someone who has taken ballet for 14 years, please don’t hold an intense stretch like that for long periods of time all at once, I didn’t know this until recently when I got a new teacher but apparently it can be very harmful in the long run especially for beginners, btw that was a beautiful middle spilt ❤ love ur vids
