Great advice, as usual! I love exercises that don't require any weights. I've done some of these before and wow, it really activates the glutes. Now I just have to be persistent and DO them every day 😊

Loved these…I have been doing yoga for over 20 years…but never improved my glutes with the yoga poses. Now I find I have osteoarthritis. In both hips and walking for a while is difficult. I don’t want surgery or needles…so……I will continue to do these stretches. Yours are the best i have found here…especially using the stretch band..love your accent too! Mary
