A little grateful note from Denmark ☘️🌸 I have been practicing yoga nidra almost every day for about 4 years now. Thank you for sharing your guided yoga nidra videos, Ally 🙏❤Your spirit exudes equanimity and compassion 🫶 I have been practicing yoga nidra for 3 years every day for 45 minutes when I wake up in the morning and recently have been listening to your yoga nidra guides. I've noticed I am able to regulate my emotions much easier. I don't ruminate as much as I used to and am able to let go of holding onto situations and people that are out of my control and move on with more ease. I feel calmer and at peace even when my circumstances are far from ideal 🧘‍♀

Namaste! It was a beautiful natural soundscape. I practiced on June 6, 2024 at 4 A.M. I loved the detail of the body scan, and I enjoyed the ling lauses as we breathed at each one of the portals for the state of yoga nidra at the different chakras. It's funny that I did this practice after Tracee Stanley's mention of these, which is very reminiscent of the instructions of the Himalayan tradition. The training has been a reminder to return to my own practice for all of the benefits you mentioned.
