A common problem with long covid, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, and other difficult conditions is that the sympathetic nervous system tends to get stuck in the on position. It can be such a challenge to relax. I find your yoga nidra body scans, your voice, your word choice, and your pacing (along with a heating pad) to be most helpful, Ally. Thank you so very much. ❤

Thank you for this much needed session. I was having full blown anxiety dealing with the horrific place my daughter is in. She is fighting ovarian cancer and she is so strong and brave. I sometimes feel like I’m in the twilight zone. Can’t believe it!
