I’m a man closing in on 49 this year. In my family line, the first thing that goes body wise is our abdomen, resulting in “dad bod” gut. I’m here to tell you that Boho’s yoga and Pilates excercises for your core WORK! A combo of low carbs and fat, along with drinking lots of water and consistently doing these exercises 1 to 2 days will definitely define your abs and get rid of unwanted belly fat. Thank you Boho!

I'm a health coach and work with a program that does not REquire exercise to lose weight. All based on eating. HOWEVER, as you know, the body needs fitness, This is the perfect level of exercise to tone and sculpt and the weight melts off. I stream it into my client site each morning. of course not all who participate, but especially during this quarantine, it's nice to "take them away" to a beautiful location. Many, not all, of my clients, never exercised as kids, so getting them started on this has been great! Thank you, I've been a fan for 4 yrs at least and use it now daily,

I Just finished the whole 14 days challenge without missing a workout! It has been One of the best things I've done for myself ever! I'm working out since I was a teenager (now I'm 30) and tried every type of workout, but nothing Beats you, Julianna! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, because this Little challenge allowed me to connect deeply with myself, listening and loving my body, gathering so much energy and find back a beautiful balance I have never had. This May seems too much, but I swear it's not. I stopped doing this for aesthetic results, I don't mind It anymore..I learn to really love my body and take care of It, and I think this is the best achievement and transformation ♥️ a wonderful challenge that I Will keep doing, thank you again for the Amazing work you put in every video.. ultimate Pilates challenge, day 14. It was an amazing journey, sometimes hard and challenging but I feel I’m stronger, And I can see results in my body, my abs are more defined, my legs are toned, I think I will repeat this challenge

I tried to do a handstand and splits the other day. I was able to do both! I had never even dreamed about being able to do the handstand. I don't enjoy a traditional workout but your yoga and workout videos are fun and relaxing. I get into better shape without realizing it at first!
