14 Day WALL PILATES CHALLENGE -Get Stronger Abs in 2024!

About this challenge:
It's been a year since I posted my 28 Day Wall Pilates Challenge and I'm excited to bring you a new Wall Pilates Challenge! This challenge is shorter in duration and in length of videos, making it beginner friendly while also offering more modifications to intensify the exercises. I selected exercises from strength training and mat pilates to help you get stronger, especially in the abs. Every day includes ab work, as this seems to be the most common area that women are targeting, especially those who have had children like myself! In this challenge I will teach you how to use the wall to make regular Pilates exercises more achievable for beginners, using a small range of motion, and how you can build up strength for more advanced movements. After you complete this challenge, you can move on to my 28 day Wall Pilates challenge or the other challenges I have listed on the calendar. Good luck and I hope you love it!

Your videos are absolutely amazing. From the timer, back ground, voice, length of workouts, I love it all. I have never commented on a video before but thought I should to show my appreciation. I started with your 28:day wall plank and now I am going through all of your videos . Literally haven’t found one I didn’t like. I started in March and I can tell so much difference in my strength, tone, but more importantly my knee pain is pretty much gone. So thank you so much and please know that your work is very much appreciated!! ❤

I completed the 28 day challenge 3 times and really find them improving my owerall strength and body improvement so this next challenge comes with perfect timing❤

Hi Rachel! I started your 28 day on January 28th. I did it twice, and now I'm cycling through my favorite workouts and some newer more challenging routines. You are my 6 am motivation every day. I've seen amazing results with my posture, core strength, endurance and while I haven't lost a ton of weight (not my intention) it's the inches around my midsection that are shrinking. Thank you for being a great motivator and for being honest with your guidance. See you tomorrow morning!!

Thank you for all the motivation that you give on the platform and in the videos. I managed to challenge myself with the wall Pilates challenge for 28 days and I DID IT! Consistency and your videos kept me motivated daily even on days where I felt like, ' Nah, not today!' BUT I eventually DID IT!

Hi Rachel!
First I just want to say that I love your content and your workouts. They are amazing and exactly what I have been looking for.
However, I was a little disappointed to see that this "free" workout challenge is not in fact free because a portion of the videos are only available for paying members. I just think this is a little dishonest to claim that the challenge and workouts are free when in fact they are not. Unless I am doing something wrong in which case I would love to be corrected because like I said I love your channel and content. 💗
