Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

I love the workouts and your energy. However, the sound and volume often distract and annoy me. For me the music is too loud in comparison to your guidance. Or is it just me being too sensitive?

Hey guys so I'm doing this workout as part of my daily workout and I found this a blessing cuz I was searching for a workout that works my whole body and is not too hard and lengthy so this is perfect I'm gonna be doing this everyday but there are some exceptions and just view my progress and journey 😊

Day 1 - ok I kinda underestimated the power of pilates ngl I did all the excercise but since I dont know what to expect so I did half of all....seeya tomorow

Day 2 - did I say underestimate the power of pilates change that statement to never knew what pilates are ! I dont know which part of the workout didnt burn and I'm completely covered in sweat but I'm having a hard time balancing myself
But I know that tomorow it will get easier
well today's workout rating on difficulty is

Day 3 - wow i actually did it guys today was much easier than yesterday and I think I'm doing the excercises right so my balance improved by a whole lot I did almost all excercises with a second break and I usually don't talk about results until I have complete confidence abt my workout but noticed that my waist got a litle smaller and my belly fat also reduced I have been eating right ever since I started this workout also I noticed have 2 likes thank you for supporting me !
Today workout difficulty is 6 out of 10...seeya tomorrow !!!

( hey guys so I didnt update for the past 2 days cuz my family had to go outside for church and I dint have much time in the morning but I have to say tho my balance improved a lot like on day 1 I can't even hold a cat cow pose pose for 15 secs and now the full workout is almost a peice of cake so today is my 6 so let's go )

Day 6 - wow it actually felt easy ? Well not much to say abt today tho my balance was much better I feel refreshed and definitely seeing results so yeah

Day 7 here wow I did it for 1 whole week and I'm seeing results like my waist smaller and belly fat reducing I'm just amazed by how quick the workout works its quick and effective

Day 8 honestly idk what to say anymore I finished the workout but to😮day

Day 9 almost 10 day and I'm already seeing results this is crazy fr tho well I finished today I learnt that pushup are not always a pain and there is an easy way of doing them and ot basically helped me in the pilates push ups so yeah seeya tomorow

I'm trying so hard but it really hurts my legs I just started tonight and it hurts my legs and I was really wobbly when I was on my knee pulling my arm and knee and I kept almost falling because I wasn't stable I don't understand how to do that part and it really hurts 😕

Love working out to your videos but would it be possible to equalize the audio between your voice and the background music? It gets kind of loud between talking and then the music cranks up. Anyway great workouts!
