Quick Exercise To Strengthen Yo Feet

There are several muscle sets that, when acting together, cause the arch to properly lift.

The set of muscles in this movement, particularly, are the muscles located on the underside of the foot.

Here are some simple steps to follow:

1. Lift and spread your toes and stretch your foot out.
2. Now, push the base of your big toe (the pad under the big toe) down into the ground, and draw the base closer to the heel as you simultaneously draw the heel closer to the base.

Why do this? Besides increasing foot strength and overall foot health, it can also help prevent implications from flat weak a$$ feet (like plantar fasciitis and all that other painful foot sh*t)‼️

You may have no movement in this exercise at first. Like, at all. And that’s OK! Your toes may want to curl. That’s ok too, but try to avoid that as you progress. When that ‘AH-HA’ moment happens, and you DO connect with this movement, you’re going to visually and physically feel your arch getting some gainz 🙌

This is an everyday kind of exercise to help you develop enough endurance in the foot so it can support your weight throughout the movements of your life. FOR LIFE! 👊

Have been working on fixing this for.. over a decade. Foot became 2 US sizes shorter as arch built. Still lots of work to do. There's so many nerves to get firing and muscles to fix. It is one of the hardest things EVER. Working out F'ing toes... and ankle, and the stuff that goes from feet up into knees and further. Check out kneesovertoesguy's foot and ankle protocol.

I ignored it when I hurt my right ankle ten years ago, and the arc around the ankle on the side of 3rd & 4th toe (is that anterior talofibular ligament?) began to hurt regularly since I moved to a place with pebble roads. Any suggestion please and thank you as always!

I subscribed to get help to move. In visuon impaired and there us no voice instruction. I can faintly see the movements.
Please consider to make more contrast to make it distinguishbl and add voice instruction.
We can see and hear in slow motion if the contrast is good.
Ie play any video in. slower mode...
