Follow along with Michelle, as we work through your finger and hand stiffness with this 5 Minute Finger and Hand Exercise Routine for Both Hands.

We'll do active finger exercises, a passive hand stretch, and a grip strengthening exercise. Each exercise will take 1 minute, no equipment is needed, and you can do the exercises on both hands at the same time.

That's a quick way to care for your stiff, overworked hands.

I am such a huge advocate of finding exercises and movement that increase your hand dexterity, strength, and hand function. I hope that you find these exercises helpful and they provide you some easy to follow exercises without having to use any equipment.

Michelle, I have had a finger that hangs up at the joint. I have done this routine twice today. The hangup ia going away. My MD was getting ready to send me to a hand surgeon. I play string instruments and don't want any finger-joint hangups. Thank you for your video ! I'll let you know if the fix seems to be permanent.

I teach tennis and play guitar, without my hands I'm not sure what I would do. In the past week, I noticed pain in my fingers as if I hit something in my sleep. I'm concerned. It is getting better, especially as the day goes on.

Thank you for all your videos. I was about to have surgery( my hand Dr recommended) then I came across your videos, thank god. It helped my trigger fingers tremendously. No surgeries.

Thank you Mitchell. Before the first exercise my little finger and ring finger were stiff and painful but after these exercises I couldn't feel pains. I'll keep on doing these exercises on daily basis especially in the morning.

I've had 6 operations on my hands and I've got arthritis in both hands, this video has helped me loads, my fingers feel alot better after doing the exercises, just got to keep doing them every day, great video.

I've been suffering from hand pain everytime I wake up for the past 4 months. I did everything - supplements, hand ball exercise, diet, massage gun...nothing worked. This 5-minute video is the only thing that made me pain-free. I cannot thank you enough for this!

I play piano professionally and just recently started feeling stiff in my arms after playing some intense gigs recently and I learned how important it is to play your instrument in a very relaxed position and also to not overplay while you’re playing.

These exercises helped loosen up my arms and I think I’ll start using these as part of my warm up routine
