Baking chicken breast or chicken thighs is one of my favorite forms of meal prep. Especially being on the go constantly, it’s nice to be able to just reach in the fridge and heat up a quick high protein nutritious meal without much thought. Protein diet has been pivotal for me in my recovery with rebuilding muscle atrophy that comes along with paralysis 💪

I write from Italy, a am a survivor emorragic stroke five months ago and now l can walking but the hand is hard to get back into place, your recipie it is fantastic !!!
