Joshua… let me tell you something. I love Alfredo sauce. Ever since I was a kid, Alfredo pasta was my favorite. I was so obsessed with it that the first time I had it, I wrote the name of it all over a toy ball I had just so I could remember what to order the next time I went to Olive Garden.

You have changed my life with that pasta recipe. I am not exaggerating. Alfredo is the first dish I learned how to make and felt I had perfected, and you found a way to make it healthy. I just made the pasta and ended up created the most creamy, cheesy, and delicious Alfredo sauce I’ve made to this day. Truly, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

It would be awesome to see you cook a meal through in the 30 minutes. Looking at the list of ingredients and prep, these would probably still take me an hour or more to make.

The steak gyros were a great hit in our house. The feta sauce will be a staple now! In South Africa we are having a lot of electricity outages so being able to cook something tasty and quick is really helpful thank you!

Personally, I like to make extra once or twice a week and freeze half for another night. I started doing this when I was pregnant with my first baby and it is just so convenient to grab a homemade meal from the freezer once or twice a week when you’re tired or busy and you don’t feel like cooking but you also don’t want to spend $50 for crappy unhealthy take-out.

Did the tiki masala for my wife and I and I have to say that that it is fantastic. I have made other diet meals from anabolic cook books and this has taken over my kitchen by choosing to meal prep it every time. Thank you for helping us out, man! Also, if you guys want “more food” but not as much calories, just throw in some veggies Sautéed on a pan with cooking spray. More volumn, but not as many calories. For reference: 1 pound of broccoli is 153 calories
1 pound of fries is over 1000

I made the chicken Alfredo tonight and it was a big hit with my husband and my kids. Kids had no idea there was a cauliflower anywhere near this meal. I reserved the pasta water to make the sauce the right consistency and a little more just before serving because the pasta absorbed some of the liquid after draining. I topped this with bacon salt which I thought was a fantastic addition. The bacon salt added a pancetta-esque taste without calories. Sautéed broccoli and zucchini and topped with shredded manchego. Our family of 4 ate their fill and there were still a bunch of leftovers. I'll make this again. Oh and one last thing, if you are sensitive to a lot of garlic, you may want to roast or cook the garlic a bit to cut the spiciness of it. I thought it was going to be "too much" but once it was tossed around in pasta it was perfect for my taste.

Made the steak gyros tonight. It was a hit! My son liked the veggies. Usually he won’t eat cucumbers. Yay!

The macros on the alfredo dish don't add up. 35p*4 + 24c*4 + 40f*9 = 596cal, but you have it listed at 405 calories. Looks tasty though!

I was making a new dish tonight, and it occurred to me that new recipes often take me longer even if a lot of the steps are familiar -chopping veggies I cook a lot, stir-frying, making rice or something on the side, pressing tofu, etc. I think part of it is having to consciously think about what to do next and what the best order to proceed is and not having my multitasking optimized the way I do with my go-to meals. That got me thinking maybe a video about optimizing work flow and multitasking would be helpful?

On a side note, I love how Nour isn't the kind of trainer who acts like you have to overhaul everything enjoyable in food to be fit. You still cooked white rice, you added half and half to the curry, and he never once acted like that was some sort of grudging concession - food can and should taste good and be creative even when losing weight!
