the fact that you posted this means i can also do it, so far i tried maybe 8 or 9 of your recipes by now and they all came insanely good, 2 of them i added into my food i rotate all the time aka i could eat that everyday till i die, but since im not alone i have to have variety lmao. Can't w8 to give this a go, thanks for the video. What i instantly though of adding, is try to very tightly roll this into a parchment paper or sth and leave it for 10mins to make all the juices compressed. Thats my moto when going big sandwiches like these.
