This Arrabbiata pasta is the perfect meal prep recipe and is made within 25 minutes. Arrabbiata means "angry" in Italian, and that comes from the kick of chilli that's in the sauce. This recipe also only requires a few simple ingredients which are all cheap too. Please enjoy

2 Tbsp (40ml) - Olive Oil
6 - Garlic Cloves, Thinly Sliced
1 tsp (2.5g) - Chilli Flakes
2 Cans (800g - 1.7lbs) - Roma Tomatoes In Sauce
700g (1.5lbs) - Spaghetti
Seasoning To Taste
Sugar To Taste
4 - Basil Stems (Optional)
Basil Leaves To Serve (Optional)
Parmesan Cheese To Serve (Optional)

I'm now making this for a second time this week to max out my freezer space. So easy and apart from onion granules, I had all this stuff in the house.
Too many of the EASY recipes I try out online contain ingredients I need to climb a mountain for. Thanks for keeping it simple. Looking forward to trying other recipes in your catalogue.
Side note, glass meal prep containers are a game changer 👍

If I may put in a request: You say "save it for a stock" in just about every video. Could you make some (updated) stock recipe videos?
I still buy stock in the supermarket and feel I could upgrade this as well.

hi Jack, great video as always. I would recommend to grate the Parmesan cheese just before serving - newly grated cheese preserves its strong taste, whereas by grating it and then storing the meal away (especially after 3 or 4 days in the fridge) would cause the cheese to blend with the tomato sauce, resulting in a less intense flavour.
