3 salmon fillets
1/2 cup, jerk sauce
2 tbsp, avocado oil

2 asparagus bunch
2 green bell peppers
2 yellow bell peppers
1 large red onion
3 tbsp, Avocado or grapeseed oil
1/3 cup, Caribbean green seasoning
3 tbsp, no salt garlic all-purpose seasoning by Tabitha Brown
2 tsp, chili powder
1/2 tsp black lava charcoal, detox, salt, or regular sea salt and black pepper to taste

Sweet Heat-Honey Glaze:
1/3 cup, honey
2 tbsp, (low sodium) soy sauce (optional)
3 tbsp, hot sauce
